Modern muse media has information that former Military Heads Of State: General Olusegun Obasanjo, General Abdulsalam Abubarkar and General Ibrahim Babangida, over the weekend met in Minna, Niger State at the Hill Top Mansion home of General Ibrahim Babangida.
